Excellent! BT had given up on us ever receiving a broadband link. A quit chat and visit from SWBB soon put that right and now we are back in the 21st century. Highly recommended.

Unable to access Broadband from ANY of the usual big internet providers...BT, Orange etc I thought I`d be on Dial Up forever! Only able to receive the "Top" speed of 10.8 kbps on average,it was a revelation finding South Witham Broadband, I am now on 100kbps! Perhaps not that fast to some people but positively supersonic to me! I can`t speak too highly of Helen and her advice given when setting it up. Sign up now if you`re in a "black hole" as I was!

No one else was prepared to try to connect me via braodband due to the remote locallity of my home. Southwitham advised me that they would do everything in their power and not charge me untill I was connected. I am now connected!!!! AWSOME COMPANY!!!

They are very supportive and are always on the end of the phone should i have a problem. They are always on hand to call round and solve any technical problems that i may have.

I changed to South Witham as my ISP last November, from Wanadoo, whose treatment of customers was absolutely abismal. S. Witham were so impressive in the way that they treated my first enquiry, that I chose them despite cheaper quotes, and I can say that I have been looked after excellently ever since. When I wanted to change my computer and asked for their advice, it was eagerly offered, they ordered it for me and came to my home and installed it. One small problem I had afterwards, was solved very quickly by their new Remote Service. All in all, I am highly delighted that I changed to them.

South Witham broadband really cares and look after its customers. The people at SWBB always go that bit extra - even helping to sort out general PC/phone line problems that are nothing to do with their service. SWBB is one of the few organisations that genuinely wants its customers to have a good experience.

I have found that with Witham that my connection is fast and I know that if I have any problam they will be solved at once. I had a lot of trouble with other connections and couldn't get on line but no problem with witham. I would not chance the service that I have.

I think this is a valuable service for South Witham and the ideal solution for areas where broadband is hard to access. The personnel at SWBB are very dedicated both to the company and the development of general village facilities.
