I used their data recovery product and found it to be
quite effective. The installation and registration
process is a little bit quirky because the computer you
are wanting to recover data on must be registered via
the Internet and a unique unlock code needs to be
generated and sent to an email address to begin the
data recovery. So, that I didn't like, but the software
seemed to work well.
