I am a very busy man and work in London and travel in from West Sussex where I live. My partner lives in Berkshire and we see each other only on weekends. She recently started having problems with her computer. She is from Peru and in touch with her family each day by MSN and email and web cam. Her computer was very bad and not responding at all. We looked at local engineers but they all were very matter of fact, mmmmmmm, doesn't sound good and better bring it in to the shop.....
In the end I investigated remote help and by reading what others have said I chose PC Friendly.
The title really does mean what it says, when you call someone and ask for help you know within minutes if the person on the end of the line is a genuine person and really interested in your problem.Mike was excellent, he did not however know the extent of the problems with our computer till I decided to pay a one off fee which enabled him to download a small bit of software so that he could look at the computer from his office.
The computer was in such a bad state that Mike and his wife have worked on this for over one week, they have been on it from morning till dusk, even when the computer crashed they continued to help us.
Mike was always on the phone to me or my partner who is from Peru and guided us through the issues and gave us advice on what to do next. The critical issue was that my partner could speak and keep in touch with her daughters in Peru and Mike understood the importance of this.
The computer is working, Mike has suggested some upgrades which we will carry out and has even suggested he guide me in this so that I can carry out myself.
I work with many suppliers in my work, some large and some small. I always look for commitment and a really keen interest in the clients satisfaction, I feel with Mike and PC Friendly that really is the case.
He and his wife are really interested in the service they give and it shows. I would and already have introduce the service they give to all my contacts !!
If you are in the same situation as I was and having problems with your computer and dont know where to go, please please at least give Mike a call first you will be very well rewarded.
I am going to ask Mike to clean our computer regularly and ensure we dont have the same problems.

Mike said he had never seen such a computer in such a bad state !!!
