A fast efficient service that recovered 100% of my data in only a few days. Having heard horror stories about some companies 'walking the price', I spent a lot of time selecting my data recovery provider. This proved to be time well spent, and I was not let down by ABC. The price I paid was the price quoted at the outset. Whilst I feel that the cost of data recovery is generally priced beyond that of your average family PC user, I feel that ABC provided an all-in service at a fixed cost (which included my data returned on a useful external HDD). Conclusion: I have no hesitation in recommending ABC for their fixed price, speedy data recovery service. Thank you ABC.

In this case mission critical data was retrieved successfully with calmness while my expectations as an anxious customer were managed sensitively. We lost 400gb of data form our hard drive it basically stopped working and our local computer shop coul not do anything for us. I sent a email on the evening to data recovery and received a curtosy phone call the following morning form Luke explaing the services they offer and the cost. They collected the drive by courier on the Friday, received a email to say the had received it on the Monday, had aphone call form the technician on Tuesday to say they had recovererd some data and asked for the impotant folders which they had found. Asked which format i wanted the external hard drive in windows or mac and received back on Thursday by courier with all the data transfered. My USB broke and had been told by two other computer specialists that they thought the info couldn't be retrieved. I got a very quick and personalised service from the company who saved all my uni and teaching work from the device and gave me the option of getting it back straight away by uploading it onto a server or posting it back to me on a USB. The service cost £99+ VAT which I personally feel is a lot for the amount of time the job takes but it was a lot cheaper than the first person's quote who wanted £35 just to send it away and have someone look at it, at least this company doesn't charge if they can't fix it!

Although some of my files turned out to be unrecoverable, I cannot fault the professionalism and perseverance of my contacts at ABC Data Recovery.

The service I received from ABC Data Recovery following the recent failure of a hard drive was exceptional. Collection of the drive was arranged, by them, for next day. Commumication throughout was excellent, and following diagnosis included a full list of recoverable files. A request for payment was not made until they were certain that data could be recovered, and once the payment had been cleared the recovery and return delivery wre completed within twenty-four hours. This level of service is something their competitors should be seriously worried about.

Took 1GB of photos at my Goddaughter’s wedding and was distraught to find that I could not read the images on the XD card. Took the card to various “specialists” who could not help/suggested it was a lost cause. One, however, pointed me in the direction of ABC Data Recovery. I was really happy to get travel photos back that I thought I had lost forever! Some of them had coloured stripes across them but mainly the quality was very good. Fast professional service.

My lap top containing many digital photographs (2,000+) had ground up the hard drive. ABC did a great job recovering much of the data and kept me in touch with every stage of the process. They also folowed up after I had received the recovered data to see if there was anything else they could do. Because they could not recover all of the lost data they also reduced the price. An all round 'special' service that I would recommend to anyone.

I sent an external hard drive to another company, but the price they quoted was far more than the £300- £700 estimate with a whole load of extras still to be added. They sent a simple pro forma quotation which addressed none of the issues about which I had expressed concern - I just lost faith in them and asked for my drive to be returned.
