The services I received from VenSys was very professional in dealing with my media degradation hardrive problem, prior to this encounter I received very poor customer services with Rapid Data Recovery as they gave me multiple advisors and didn't have the tools to carry out the job specified, also they deceived me of what they recovered so i wasn't satisfied. Just great - my laptop stopped working completely, my IT dept couldn't get it going so I sent it to VenSys who returned all of my pictures and documents to me a week or so later. Fantastic service, thanks very much.

Overall I was very impressed with the service that VenSys Ltd. gave me. I had a head crash on my 320GB external drive and needed to retrieve all the data, as it was my only copy. They got all the data back for me, after needing to completely rebuild the drive. I found their communications a little haphazard at times, and I needed to chase for info, but this was not because they weren't working on the job. Overall very pleased and grateful for getting all my data back!

Top quality. Iomega NAS drive died - Iomega wanted to charge GBP700 - GBP1200 for data recovery. Vensys did very professional job for a fraction of that. Will definately use again (but hope I don't have to) and won't hesitate to refer friends/family to them.

They did what they said they would do, and did not charge until they had. It took much longer than originally forecast, which was disconcerting but did not matter in the end.Quite expensive but ultimately worth it.

Data recovery is an area flooded with rip off companies. I spoke to a number of them before I contacted Vensys who listened carefully, answered carefully and then did exactly what they said they would at the price they quoted, in good time.

Data recover was a third of the cost I'd been quoted elsewhere and a full recovery was made. Also, due to a hold up in hard drive supply the data was delayed getting back to me however Vensys arranged FTP transfer of essential data AND sent someone out to buy a hard drive the same day. They even called to ensure the drive was formatted properly for my system. Outstanding customer service.

Vensys Ltd successfully recovered virtually all data from a disk which we'd reckoned to be completely unreadable after being dropped. The task took longer than originally anticipated due to the state of the disk, but Vensys kept us informed of progress and we are very pleased with the result.

Well my usb memory stick experienced a problem whereby it could not be read on any computer. This was a nightmare for me as I had all my univeristy coursework from all 3 years and other business information which I truly treasure.i.e. this was very important info to me. I first tried an IT business in Old Street, London and they gave me a quote of over £450 (obviously if I agreed to take the recovered info). Due to the price, I said no and decided to try somebody outside of London. My next attempt was VenSys Ltd who are in Manchester. Not only were they kind and professional, but they were also quite shocked at the price I was going to be charged in London. I sent my usb recorded delivery to Manchester, to which they replied back to me once they received it (the next day). I did choose the 2 week service, not the quick one, so I wasn't expecting to hear from them until 2 weeks were up. Lo and behold, 5 days later after I had sent it, I received a call to tell me they had recovered all of my information. We went over it and it was all there, plus he did mention that when I receive, I should check over it one more time to make extra sure everything is there as they do keep the recovered info at their office for 10 days, so if anything else was missing, they would go straight back to it. This didn't need to happen as all my info had been recovered successfully, and the best thing about was that it was for a fraction of the price I was originally quoted in London. To everybody whose reading this, it seems to me that IT professionals in London charge an arm and a leg and if you are skeptical, I can assure you to send your tech out of London as it is much cheaper and in my case, the service was perfect - they updated me on the happenings every step of the way. Trust me guys, VenSys Ltd are reliable, cheap compared to others in London, and very professional, and most importantly, they get the job done. One thing I have learnt about this experience is to always back your work up elsewhere, because tech is not as reliable as we give it credit for. Thanks to the guy's at VenSys, if I ever get another issue with re: to data recovery, trust me, you guy's will be the first people I get in contact with! Good job!
