Backbone has been providing small businesses with managed IT services since it started operating in 1998. Currently the company maintains & supports in excess of 80 networks with a base of over 100 servers and 1,500 workstations.

Backbone is led by service rather than technology. The service levels are underpinned by two key systems that manage key client information as well as clients’ job requests. Backbone's Technical team of 20 engineers have significant experience of managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and are responsible for being on call throughout the day to support clients. They range in qualifications from MSCE's to CCNP’s to Fortinet firewall security experts.
